Welcome to The Mint Exchange: TCG & Collectibles Expo! By participating in or attending our event, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). These terms govern the relationship between event organizers, vendors, attendees, and any other parties involved in the expo.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing tickets, or participating in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event or exclusion from future participation. 

Event Participation

Eligibility: Vendors and attendees must comply with all local laws, regulations, and venue rules.

Conduct: All participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with event staff instructions will not be tolerated.

Age Restrictions: Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Vendor Obligations

Vendors must adhere to all rules outlined in the Vendor Policies, including set-up and breakdown times, prohibited items, and compliance with payment deadlines.

Table reservations are non-transferable without prior approval from event organizers.

Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their merchandise, equipment, and any personal items.

Ticketing and Payments

Attendee Tickets: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a cancellation or postponement.

Vendor Payments: Tables are considered reserved only after full payment is received. Payment deadlines must be adhered to, or reservations may be forfeited.

Chargebacks: Any chargebacks or disputes may result in exclusion from future events.

Liability and Indemnity

The Mint Exchange Expo and its organizers are not liable for:

     - Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

     - Injuries or accidents occurring during the event.

     - Financial losses incurred due to cancellations, no-shows, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Vendors and attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.

Prohibited Activities

Soliciting at other vendors’ tables without prior approval is strictly prohibited.

Selling counterfeit, unlicensed, or inappropriate materials is forbidden and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Activities that disrupt the event or violate venue policies are not allowed. 

Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

Event Changes

The event schedule, policies, and Terms of Service are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers. Any updates will be communicated in advance.

in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues), the organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Fees paid may be transferred to a future event.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in The Mint Exchange Expo will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as determined by the event organizers. Legal proceedings, if necessary, will take place in the jurisdiction where the event is held.
